Agreement to Terms

By using our website or any related mobile apps and platforms (together called the “Site”), you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. If you don’t agree, stop using the Site immediately.

We may update these Terms occasionally, and the “Last updated” date will show the changes. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updates. It’s your responsibility to check these Terms from time to time.

The Site is for users 18 or older. By using the Site, you confirm you are of legal age and follow local laws.

Services and Collaboration

Delivery Timeline

The delivery time for each service will be agreed upon by both parties in the Customer’s Area for each order. If there are any changes to the expected delivery time due to unexpected issues, we will notify you within 2 calendar days. If the delay is more than 10 calendar days, you are eligible for a reimbursement as stated in these Terms.

Terms of Payment

Work on your order will start only after payment is received, as stated in the Invoice and Order Summary in your Customer’s Area. We accept payments via PayPal, ACH Transfer, Wire Transfer, or other methods agreed upon. All payments are processed in USD unless otherwise arranged in writing. Orders are processed on a prepayment basis. Partial deliveries are allowed—if 500 items are needed, you can provide 100 items for the first delivery, 200 for the second, and 200 for the third. Any new specifications should be submitted in the Customer’s Area.

Services Balance

If you place an order with partial deliveries, you will have a Balance representing the remaining service outputs. The Balance is calculated by subtracting the number of service outputs for which you’ve provided specifications from the total number of outputs ordered. For example, if you order 500 service outputs and provide specifications for 100, your Balance will be 400. You can use the Balance within 1 year from the order date (when payment is made). After 1 year, any unused Balance will expire.

Policy of Refunds

If the delivery is delayed by more than 10 calendar days or if we fail to fulfill the Order (e.g., unable to find necessary sites for link placement for over 2 weeks), you are eligible for reimbursement for the undelivered Services Outputs.
